CHAPTER 1: FIND LAND
Identifying the best possible location for your new home is an important process. Factors such as access, views, privacy, foliage, neighborhood, proximity, and more will have bearing on your decision. If you’ve honed in on a site, or a few possibilities, and aren’t sure whether it will give you the optimal performance for your new home, we are happy to lend a hand. Whether evaluating multiple sites, or determining the best possible site for maximum solar access and views, we can help you make an informed decision.
CHAPTER 2: CHOOSE | MODIFY | CREATE DESIGN
With nine designs to start from, BrightBuilt Home is all about presenting you with a variety of initial ideas, and then allowing you to hone in on the specifics that will make your “house” your home. You have the choice of building one of our existing designs, or redesigning certain characteristics of an existing design per your personal needs. If you would like, you may also create an entirely unique design that gives you the home you want, while following the ethos of BrightBuilt Home. Our design team is here to help.
CHAPTER 3: PERMIT | DRAW | PRICE
In the site-built process, we will work closely with your builder to develop the permitting set, the construction drawings, and the pricing for your new home. Once the drawing set is finalized, and the permits have been issued, construction may begin!
CHAPTER 4: PREP | BUILD | COMPLETE
Your builder will prep your property, pour foundations, and build your home per the specifications of your final drawings. Commissioning throughout this process will allow us to follow-up with and ensure that the BrightBuilt Home’s stringent performance benchmarks are being met. Once construction is complete, you may move in and enjoy your comfortable, efficient, beautiful new home.
